Join us for a half-hour of stories, songs, and more to build early literacy skills; a blend of fun and education for children birth through kindergarten & their caregivers.

Approximately 30 minutes of stories, songs, and rhymes followed by a family craft or activity. Ideal for children up to age 5 with caregiver, but all families are welcome. 

Twenty minutes of nursery rhymes, songs, fingerplays and action for infants, birth to 18 months, and their caregivers. Followed by a special baby playtime. Older siblings welcome.

Join the Anchorage Public Library Community Resources Coordinator Team to learn about how you can connect to resources like food, housing, health care navigation, education, and more.

Has going to the movie theaters gotten too expensive? Never fear, just come on by and watch a movie at the library for free! Concessions provided.
