Event Details

Welcome back our friend, the giant walking T-Rex!  Dinosaurs haven't been seen in Loussac since last year, so we'll have dino craft activities as well. Best for ages 6-12.

PRO TIPS TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR DINO DAY!

This event is anticipated to have very high attendance. Prepare your kiddo for this high sensory activity which will include crowds and high volumes.

Parking may be limited. Car pooling or taking People Mover is encouraged.

Some activities will be limited by physical space. It’s a great time to practice patience and manage expectations. A prioritized list incase you can’t make it to everything is great!

NOTE: There will be no dino-storytimes this year but we encourage you to grab a book and read together.

NO TOUCHING THE DINOSAUR!! We will be working hard to maintain safety for the performer and visitors. Please respect the space, staff, and volunteers.

Be kind to everyone. We know you want to see the dinosaur. We’ll be doing our best to make it happen.

NO FOOD is allowed inside the library and the atrium may be too crowded to enjoy snacks. Please plan to feed your hungry dinos before or after the event.

HAVE FUN! There are LOTS of other things to do at the library and we encourage you to visit the youth services area to pick up some books, enjoy our light table, youth computers and play and learn center.
