Located on the 3rd floor, the Ann Stevens Room and adjoining Galleria offer a stunning, light-filled venue ideal for receptions, photo shoots, and parties. 

Assembly Chambers is a purpose-built venue ideal for lectures, community forums, or informational gatherings. 

Multi-purpose, 2,500 sq/ft atrium available for after hours use only.  

Space for community organizations to reserve a table to share information about programs and services of public interest. 

The Beluga Meeting Room (551 sq/ft) Great room for job interviews, counseling sessions, testing or small business meetings. Profit/Private - $60/hr. Nonprofit - $50/hr. 

The Learning Commons (2,700 sq/ft) is a ready to go meeting area easily arranged into a conference room, classroom or theater setting. Making this an excellent location for a large meeting, training/presentation, luncheon, meet and greet or a party. 

Large open 3,600 square/foot space that spans the entire east wing of the building adjacent to the Ann Stevens Room. Perfect for weddings, conferences, birthday parties or retreats. Secluded and elegant, this space is ideal for special events. 

Planning a large event like a wedding?  Add the Ann Stevens Room / Galleria (additional charge) to your rental to use the entire wing. 

This space is available outside of library hours. 

Rental Rates:

• $650 first 4 hours - non-profit organizations ($65 each additional hour).
• $750 first 4 hours - for-profit / private groups ($75 each additional hour).
• Minimum booking: 4 hours

The corner of 36th and Denali is a lawn area with access to electrical power. Renters are subject to Municipal policies related to alcohol, drugs or illegal acts, noise control, and safety of pedestrians and sidewalks. 

The large lawn by the Loussac fountain is a lovely location for an outdoor event.

The Moose Meeting Room offers a light-filled space with three windowed-walls and captivating views. A perfect room for engaging meetings, classes, or group gatherings.

The Raven Meeting Room (560 sq/ft) Great room for a computer lab, group project, job interviews, counseling sessions, testing or small business meetings. 

The Salmon Meeting Room (551 sq/ft) is great room for job interviews, counseling sessions, testing or small business meetings. 

The Wilda Marston Theatre (35,88 sq/ft, not including stage) is especially designed for large presentations, lectures, plays and cultural events with excellent acoustics.  

The Mountain View Community Room (2,749 sq/ft) is a ready to go meeting room/space that can be easily arranged into conference room, classroom or a theater type setting, making this an excellent space for small or large meetings, community gatherings or training/presentations.
