Event Details

Alaska is above the national average for people with debt in collections. The Alaska Public Interest Research Group (AKPIRG) is offering free, educational and informational talks at the library. These talks will be hosted by local expert on debt, and AKPIRG consumer advocate, Graham Downey. He will share what he knows and will bolster attendees' understanding of their legal rights and financial responsibilities when working to get out of debt.
