Shrink Plastic at Muldoon (Repeat)

Draw your own design on heat-sensitive plastic, then shrink it into a tiny charm. Repeat of the September 13, 2023 program. 

Skill level: must be able to use scissors independently. This project uses small parts, permanent markers, and a heat source. Recommended for ages 6+.
