In partnership with the Anchorage Public Library, the People Mover Travel Trainer will present at
recurring gatherings to teach you how to:

A social gathering and craft time for adults who experience special needs. Discover your creative side with simple crafts and spend time with old and new friends. 

Library staff from the Community Resource Group can help you navigate paper or online applications and research what resources and opportunities best fit your needs.

A half-hour of stories, songs, and more to build early literacy skills; a blend of fun and education for children birth through kindergarten & their caregivers.

I Read What I Want Book Club is for those who love reading but don’t want to be tied down. Anyone who wants to talk books can come in and give reviews for whatever they are reading to the group.

Learn how to make a zine from Rasmuson Foundation Individual Artist Award winner MK and make a zine to take home with you.

Time to get one-on-one help with technology, community resource navigation, and traditional library reference. 

Get inspired as we take a stroll through Cuddy Park. Our facilitator, Candace Blas, will guide us through meditations that encourage us to take notice of our surrounding environment and inner thoughts.
