Time especially for seniors to get one-on-one help with technology, community resource navigation, and traditional library reference. 

Three projects to choose from! Make a seed-starting mini greenhouse, create a mini upcycled window terrarium, or make decorations for your garden. Keep what you make! Note: staining art materials, scissors, and small parts in use.

Express your artistic vision through sugar-coated marshmallow! Individuals, groups and families are invited to create dioramas on literary or popular culture themes using marshmallow Peeps. 

Join us for drop in hours to get help with your family tree, scanning photos and documents, and doing research online. Learn more about genealogy resources that you can access free through the Anchorage Public Library.

Preschool storytime is a half hour of stories, songs and movement that build early literacy skills and prepare your preschooler ages three to five for Kindergarten.

Do you knit, crochet or sew or are you a beginner looking for a start? Join us for a weekly meetup and bring your ideas or current projects.

Seniors, join local poet and facilitator Brian Hutton for a poetry workshop, including exercises and discussions on creativity and mental well being.
