Join us for a half-hour of stories, songs, and more to build early literacy skills; a blend of fun and education for children birth through kindergarten & their caregivers.

Get creative and make a work of art! We'll have a variety of art supplies to make whatever you want.

Enjoy an all-ages storytime plus time to browse the library before we're officially open. Arrive as early as 10:00 AM; call 907-343-4032 for entry. Stories start at 10:30 AM. 

Join us for a fun and interactive play-based event designed to help caregivers understand developmental progression in young children!

Can you make a bridge? How much weight can it hold? How can you change it to be stronger? What if you change how you use your materials? What IS the strongest shape?

Best for ages 6+ requires fine motor skills and problem-solving

Sign-up to read to a dog! Therapy dogs are patient listeners for new and struggling readers. Reading sessions are 15 minutes and can be reserved in-person starting at 3:45PM on the day of the event.
