Event Details

Free naloxone (aka Narcan) Training by Project HOPE (State of Alaska) and community volunteers. Naloxone is a nasal spray that can reverse an opioid overdose and save a life. The goal of distributing naloxone and educating people about how to prevent, recognize and intervene in overdoses is to prevent deaths.

Join us to learn:

1) How to identify a likely opioid overdose

2) How to safely give someone naloxone nasal spray and

3) Why this is important in our community now
