We're looking for two teens to assist at our Summer Discovery Alex Zerbe, The Zaniac program for kids. Volunteers will help with set up and clean up and assist with crowd control.

Returning to Alaska this year is Alex Zerbe's Zaniac Comedy Show, which will delight and entertain children of all ages.

Bring a friend and come play some games-- or design your own! Best for ages 6-12.

Curious about First Aid and CPR? Frontier Safety and Supply will be leading an introductory class and demonstrating how to use first aid equipment.

Get help with your family tree, scanning photos and documents, and doing research online. Learn more about genealogy resources that you can access free through the Anchorage Public Library.

I Read What I Want Book Club is for those who love reading but don’t want to be tied down. Anyone who wants to talk books can come in and give reviews for whatever they are reading to the group.

Family Storytime moves outside to Chanshtnu-Muldoon Park! Meet at the park near the orange climbing structure for approximately 30 minutes of stories, rhymes, and songs for ages 3-5 with caregiver, followed by an activity or free play.

Read to Gracie! Reading sessions are 10-15 minutes long and are scheduled on a first come basis with the last session starting at 5:15 pm. Sign-up will open at 3:45 pm with the first session starting at 4 pm.

Join APL for an evening of Dungeons and Dragons! Both new and experienced players are welcome. This event is for teens and adults 14 and over. There will be two tables for beginners as well as space for you to bring your own campaign.

We have computer guided basis computer competency course to help you understand and use computers and other technology. Also come in and get help with software issues like email, Office, etc. or get hardware help with your laptop or phone.
